La Casa Del Sol is a village of small cottage homes. These homes were formerly used for housing at Walt Disney World Resort and they have been moved to our location southwest of Disney.

We are conveniently located near medical facilities and shopping, with easy access to both Tampa, Orlando, and their area attractions.

Each of our homes has a standard bedroom, bathroom, living room with Murphy bed and kitchen. Additional options include a screen room and/or air conditioning. All homes are leased for a very affordable price.

La Casa Del Sol employs a staff of educated and trained professionals. These friendly men and women are here to make life for our residents at La Casa Del Sol as comfortable  and as carefree as possible. The lush grounds are fully maintained by the staff, including lawn mowing, tree and bush trimming, and planting seasonal flowers. 

We are an all-adult community. Some Residents live here year-round and some spend only the winter. Because our cottages are leased to our Residents, we maintain the upkeep of the homes. Therefore, our staff takes care of any maintenance requests and looks after the cottages during the summer months when some Residents are away. Another way the staff helps make La Casa Del Sol clean, enjoyable and hassle free is curbside trash collection on a daily basis. 

One of the main aspects that our Residents enjoy here at La Casa Del Sol is our sense of community. An activities committee plans a variety of events. Residents are invited to contribute ideas to the committee, join the planning team, and take part in as many events as desired. These activities, as well as spending time at the pool, horseshoes, or shuffle board, are a great way to meet new people and spend time with friends.
