Each small, private cottage home
includes everything listed on the Cottage page. In addition, the
price for a cottage home also includes unlimited use of the resort
clubhouse, pool, and exercise room. No smoking please. All
residents
are invited to bingo and numerous other planned social activities which
are coordinated by our activities director and activities commitee.
Our Snowbird Lease includes the entire peak winter season plus the rest
of the year as a bonus! During the peak winter season you will
love the warm Florida weather, exciting nearby destinations, and fun
social events at the clubhouse. During the off-season, enjoy the
convenience of using your cottage for storing personal items or for a
summer trip. Due to popular demand, we do not offer leases
shorter than the Snowbird Lease. We have a large number of repeat
residents who come back year after year and enjoy a "home away from
home" at Village of La Casa Del Sol.

Lease is designed
to be affordable for winter visitors. Most leases run one year
from June 1-May 31 or from the date you sign up though May 31 of the
following year.
Additional amenities on specific homes may be extra (please inquire at
lease signing).
A monthly lot maintenance fee of $30 /month for months actually present
applies. Electric is billed per usage and is due monthly
